Ingredients
Cucumber – 1
Yogurt – 2 table spoon
Mint leaves – 5-6
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt and pepper – to taste
Method
Peel and chop the cucumber. Finely chop mint leaves and garlic. In a
bowl, take the yogurt and beat until smooth. Then add cucumber, mint
leaves, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well. Chill for 10 minutes and
serve.
