Ingredients
Grated Carrots-2
Green gram sprouts-1 bowl
Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
Grated coconut-1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves-1 tablespoon
Pepper powder-1/4 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Method
Mix grated carrots, green gram
sprouts and grated coconut in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, pepper
powder and salt to taste. Mix the salad well. Garnish with coriander
leaves.
