Ingredients
Banana – 1
Apple – 1
Yogurt – ½ cup
Cold Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – ¼ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Method:
With the help of an elder person,
put all the above mentioned ingredients into a blender and make into a
smooth mixture. Then pour the contents into a glass and enjoy the
treat. Healthy banana-apple smoothie is ready to drink.
