Bread balls

Ingredients
Bread – 2 loaves
Powdered sugar – ¼ kg
Coconut (grated) – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 spoons
Cashews and Raisins – Few
Cardamom powder – ¼ tea spoon
Bread crumbs – As required

Method

  1. In a big bowl, put the ghee and add cardamom powder and coarsely ground cashews and raisins. Mix well.
  2. Dry the bread in open air for 2 hours and put it in the mixie and grind it.
  3. Put the bread in the ghee mixture. Also add sugar and mix well.
  4. Make balls from the above mixture and keep it aside.
  5. In a tray put the bread crumbs and place these balls in it. Coat the bread crumbs well and transfer into a plate for serving.
