Ingredients
Butter - 50 gms
Sliced Wheat bread loaf-1
Carrot-1
Cherry tomato - 1
Cucumber -1
Mint Chutney - 1 tablespoon
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Method
Grate the carrot after peeling. Cut
the Cucumber and tomato into thin slices. Spread one slice of bread
with butter and sprinkle a pinch of pepper powder on it. Spread mint
chutney on another slice and place some grated carrot, cucumber and
tomato slices. Place the slices closed to get a yummy healthy Sandwich.
